Winterzeit und gefühlte Uhrzeit

Nachdem der Wintereffekt schon wieder nachlässt, sitze ich hier im Büro, es ist 16.39 Uhr, und draußen ist es stockdunkel. Und ich fühle mich, als wäre es weit nach 19.00 Uhr, und ich gehörte nach Hause.

Irgendwie hab ich diese Verschiebung zwischen tatsächlicher und gefühlter Uhrzeit in den letzten Jahren nicht sooo deutlich bemerkt.
